A recruitment agency that reads the CV before it sends it.
Most people do not miss out because they are underqualified. They miss out because nobody read the CV properly. That is the part we own.
Why we started
Recruitment has drifted towards volume. Job adverts collect hundreds of applications, most never read by a person, while the employer who needed the hire ends up doing the sifting themselves.
PrimePath Advisory works the other way round. We take a proper brief, speak to every candidate before their CV goes anywhere, and send a shortlist short enough that someone will actually read it.
We are based in Harrow and recruit across six sectors, for permanent, temporary and contract roles.
How we work
One consultant, start to finish
The same person handles your search from the first call to your start date, so nothing is lost in a handover and you always know who to ask.
Your CV moves only with your say so
Nothing is sent to any employer without you agreeing to that specific role first. No blanket permission, no CVs circulating without your knowledge.
